All classes 90 mins and suitable for all levels – if you are looking for a slower-paced class with a longer relaxation, try the Tuesday session 🙂

Please note that classes on Monday 17 and 24 February are cancelled due to renovations in the church. All back to normal on 2 March and we shall then be able to enjoy the luxurious underfloor heating again 🙂
